Just purchased a used black tailgate ready for a tire carrier. Now I just need to get my hands on a carrier but that really shouldn't be an issue. Here is a picture of the actual item. Will be fun trying to ship this thing home!
Been looking for one of these for a while now and got it at a really good price. I was hoping to be first to this mod but doesn't look like it anymore. Guy in Canada installed one with the carrier on his rig. Kudos to him, guess I'll settle for second then. Color is a match but I plan to get the truck professionally painted all black or two tone with silver or white. Bottom right points to the two minor imperfections that are nothing. I have detailed pics of them but they mean nothing. Can't wait to have this installed; glass is included also. I am wondering if the glass has a SURF insignia on it or not. Currently looking at some Recaro seats for the front and an IPF 817 light for lighting the night when in reverse.
